Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Headstash, operated by Tuff Ghost Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Headstash you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Headstash is a receipt-based loyalty platform that allows cannabis consumers to photograph dispensary receipts and earn rewards from participating cannabis brands. Rewards are fulfilled directly by each brand and are subject to that brand's availability and terms.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of a jurisdiction where the purchase of cannabis products is legal to use Headstash. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Do not share your account credentials with others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, altered, or duplicate receipts.
• Use automated tools to submit receipts or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to manipulate reward balances or campaign thresholds.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable cannabis regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our systems without authorization.

Rewards

Reward availability, thresholds, and fulfillment are determined by each participating brand, not by Tuff Ghost Media LLC. We make no guarantees regarding reward availability, timing, or value. Brands may modify or discontinue their programs at any time.

Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

SMS communications

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional and program-related SMS messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in the Service is owned by or licensed to Tuff Ghost Media LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuff Ghost Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
